Book a Class

Click a class on the calendar to reserve your spot. You will receive a Zoom link via email; please log on at least a few minutes before class begins to ensure that your camera and sound are working properly. If you are new to Zoom classes, please download the free app and learn how to log in by watching this tutorial.

It is your prerogative to disable your video; however, leaving your camera on will enable me to provide cues and verbal assistance if desired. Your sound will be muted during group classes, though you’re welcome to unmute any time you have questions; feel free to cue up some music if that’s your groove!

Please note that students are welcome and encouraged to modify any part of the practice — taking a step back, skipping a posture, or spicing it up — depending on what is appropriate on any given day.

All you need is a mat and yourself, though it may be helpful to have a blanket or towel, a block or two (or some thick books), and a bolster or pillow.

If you’d like to subsidize another student, you are welcome to include a “tip” above the standard $20 per class. If your current financial situation prevents you from being able to pay the class fee, please reach out and let me know. This practice is for EveryBody, regardless of whether or not you are able to pay at this time.
